Dan began his career as a Deputy with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, where he later went on to work with the Mesa Police Department and quickly promoted through the ranks from Patrolman to Commander.  Spending his career building a solid foundation of trust, loyalty, and respect resulted in an extraordinary and distinguished reputation as a true public safety leader; all while obtaining his AA, BS, and MA degrees.  Dan's unparalleled sense of HONOR and JUSTICE  for the community he serves and the law enforcement profession was recognized by the Town of Buckeye, where he was recruited to be their Chief of Police.  As the Chief of Police for the Town of Buckeye, he transformed and reshaped a rapidly growing department, raised the standards of professionalism and performance, and rebuilt the community's sense of trust and respect for the officers.  After retirement from his near 33 year law enforcement career, Dan brought and applied his talents and experience to the international law enforcement community and other private sector professional corporations (i.e., litigation support, private investigation, expert witness, dignitary protection, private armed and unarmed security, executive management, etc.).
